Address Settings

When starting the Addressing wizard, the first page presents the following options:

Use cloud device search

When this option is enabled, all search commands are routed through the cloud and sent over the internet to the zencontrol application controller.

When this option is disabled, commands are sent directly over the local area network to the controller. This can increase commissioning speed, but requires:

• The phone to be connected to the local area network via a wireless access point, and

• The controller to also be connected to the same access point.

Stop tests

Stops any duration or function tests that may be running before commissioning, making emergency devices easier to identify.

Recommission devices

Sets the commissioning state of all devices on the line back to uncommissioned. All devices on the line will then need to be recommissioned.

Lock and start

This option locks the controller into the commissioning process and places it in commissioning mode.
