How do I request access to a site that I have a QR code for?

When attempting to claim a controller using a QR code, the Zencontrol cloud will take one of two actions depending on whether or not the controller is already claimed on a site.

If you already have access to the site, the cloud will notify you that the controller is already claimed and display the name of the site it is claimed on.

If you do not have access to the site it is claimed on then it will tell you that and will display a button you can click on to request site access from the owners.

Clicking this button will display a confirmation screen, allowing you to select a reason for requesting access. This request will send an email to all site owners, including your name, email address, and company.

If you do not wish to share these details with the site owners, you can cancel the request. Otherwise, clicking the request button will proceed with sending the email. It's important to note that this request does not guarantee site access, it's up to the site owners to review the request and add you to the site if they see fit.
