How to search for a specific device using physical selection in the zencontrol commissioning application (APP)

Searching for a specific input device that supports device selection in the Zencontrol commissioning application can be done by following these steps:

( Device selection allows you to physically push the switch or trigger the sensor with a torch and have the device appear on the app within seconds. This process also works for zencontrol and ektor branded emergency devices by pressing the test switch)

1. Navigate to the device list.

2. Open the filter by either swiping from the right edge or clicking on the filter icon in the title bar.

3. Press the 'Search for input device' button, which will take you to a new page and start listening for selection events.

4. To select a device, trigger a supported input device by pressing a switch or shining a light into the sensor if it is a Zencontrol sensor. Note that the instance must be enabled for selection to work.

5. Once a device is selected, you will be returned to the device list, which will be filtered to show only the device that was selected.
