Why are my pending changes still visible in the address commissioning wizard after I apply all changes?

In version 1.0.0 of the zencontrol commissioning application, if pending changes are not applied to the control system they will still appear in the address commissioning wizard after all have been applied, to see why changes haven't been applied visit here for common issues.
