How do I restore factory settings so the lamps and switches can be automatically readdressed back to their original settings?

Resetting a zencontrol controller can be done using one of the following methods:

Offline commissioning tool

Login to the controller then ctrl + click on reboot then select factory reset. 

Web portal

Once logged into the cloud navigate to the grid view. From here navigate to the Overview perspective and click on the Control system view. This should be the view loaded by default. In the table look for the control system that you want to reset.

Once found right-click on the control system and in the menu select Factory reset. The cloud will attempt to factory reset the control system. If something fails when attempting this a message will be displayed alerting you of what has gone wrong in the process.
