When an emergency device reports a failure, you will need to indicate to the zencontrol cloud what action has been taken to repair the device.
Login to your site and go to Grid view.
Under the devices tab find the device that has been repaired.
Right click on the device line and select Repair Device
Check you have selected the correct device from the Overview section then choose the Action that was taken.
If a Retest is required select the retest options needed.
Finally click on Repair.
The device now have a history of the action taken along with rescheduling a test if needed to append the current test window results.
