To purchase upgrades such as BACnet and/or the UDP Interface server, submit a support request or email support@zencontrol.com.
Ensure the request contains the following information:
- Your user name
- Site name and/or site tag (Can be found in the URL of the site)
- Indicate that all control systems should be upgraded OR a list of control system identifiers to upgrade
A response will be sent to the email address used to submit the support request with further details regarding payment etc.
Requests can take up to 3 business days to process so plan accordingly.
