The Time view can be accessed from grid view by navigating to Control System -> Time.
As long as you have the correct license on the site, you will be able to see what the control system thinks the current time, offset, DST, base offset, sunrise and sunset times are. These can be important in troubleshooting issues with the site, generally to do with schedules.
Time is what the control system believes to be the current time is based on the current timezone that has been written to the control system. This will be based on the timezone written out to the control system via the site settings.
Current offset is what the control system believes to be the current base timezone offset with the addition of any daylight savings time adjustments. This will be based on the timezone written out to the control system via the site settings. For example, if the timezone is Australia/Sydney and it is currently in daylight savings time, it will say +11:00.
DST is whether the control system believes it is currently observing daylight savings time. This will be based on the timezone written out to the control system via the site settings.
Base offset is what the control system believes to be the current base timezone offset without any daylight savings time adjustments. This will be based on the timezone written out to the control system via the site settings. For example, if the timezone is Australia/Sydney and it is currently in daylight savings time, it will say +10:00.
Sunrise is what the control system believes to be the time the sun will rise/has risen for the current day. This is based on the latitude and longitude of the site that is written out to the control system. Even if the time has passed, it will be the time for the current day until the time rolls over to the next day.
Sunset is what the control system believes to be the time the sun will/has set for the current day. This is based on the latitude and longitude of the site that is written out to the control system. Even if the time has passed, it will be the time for the current day until the time rolls over to the next day.
