DALI transmitter failure is due to the controller being unable to send DALI commands on the line. The mostly likely cause of this additional current sources such as a power supply or constant current LED driver on the line. To fault find this issue, remove all DALI lines from the device and check to see if the notification is cleared.
If the issue remains it is likely the transmit circuit has been damaged and the unit will need replacement.
