After scanning the thermal sensor in the app, you will be taken to the configuration screen.
Scroll down the page until you reach the Door Zone section.
Enable the door zone, then select its position. This is shown visually on the plan as Right, Left, Top, or Bottom.
Next, select the counting direction, which is displayed visually by an arrow within the door zone. The sensor will count only the people moving through the zone in the selected direction.
