The rated duration of an emergency device can be updated on the cloud portal using the grid view for supported devices by doing the following:
Step 1: Login to your cloud.zencontrol.com account.
Step 2: Click on the site the device you would to change resides in.
Step 3: Click on Grid view button within your site dashboard.
Step 4: Click on Device Types in the top right hand corner of the grid view search bar.
Step 5: Click on the Emergency tab
Step 6: Under the Rated Duration column, click on the down arrow for the device you would like to change.
Step 7: You will be shown two fields Standard and Extended.
Standard: The time the device must stay illuminated for on all future tests.
Extended: The time the device must stay illuminated for on the first duration test.
Note: In Australia the Rated duration should be set to 90/120 (Standard: 90, Extended: 120)
