How to view issues using plan view in the web portal

After navigating to plan view in the web portal and loading a valid floor plan it will automatically display any issues for that floor. Issues will always be visible even when other icons are hidden caused by zooming out on the floor plan unless you have issues turned off in the layers settings.

Clicking on a control system or device location will list any issues with it if there are any.

A summary of issues for the current floor plan can be seen by clicking the issues panel on the left side of the map. Clicking on a control system or device location from this menu will select it on the map so that you can get a more detailed perspective of the control system or device location.

Issues are loaded every time you load the floor plan. If you want to see updated issues then you must reload the floor plan as they will not update automatically whilst the floor plan is open.
