Tenancies

A tenancy represents a logical grouping of devices, spaces, or areas within a site. Tenancies are typically used to separate different organisations, departments, or building occupants that share the same infrastructure.

Access to tenancies depends on your user permissions. Some users may only be able to view a single tenancy, while others may have visibility across multiple tenancies within the same site.

When filtering reports or issues, the tenancy filter allows you to select the specific tenancy or tenancies you want to review. This helps ensure that the displayed data is relevant to the areas or organisations you are responsible for managing.
