Filtering and Sorting Issue and Report Data

When viewing issue and report data, you can filter and sort the information to focus on the results most relevant to you.

Available filtering options include Tenancy. Depending on your level of access, you may only be able to view your own tenancy, or you may have access to multiple tenancies. This filter allows you to select which tenancy data is displayed.

You can also sort the data using several key identifiers, including:

• Device ID

• Floor

• Severity

• Product Name

• Tenancy

For emergency testing, additional filters are available, including:

• Test Date

• Specific Test when multiple tests are in progress or have been completed

• Test Type, such as Duration Test or Function Test

These filtering and sorting options make it easier to locate relevant records and review report data efficiently.
