Site Connection and Rate Limits
When you log in to the application, a connection is established to the selected site. Depending on the account type assigned to that site, you may have limited access or reduced data availability, which can occasionally result in a data rate limit being reached.
The application automatically manages rate limiting, although this may mean that report information takes slightly longer to load.
The rate limit applies to the entire site rather than to an individual user, so other users and applications connected to the same site also share that limit.
When a rate limit has been reached, the application will display a notification in the top-right corner of the screen. It will also show the time of the most recent refresh, and you can use the Refresh button to update the data.
