Claiming access to an existing site
If your sites control systems have already been claimed, you will need to contact the original installer, site manager or site electrician for access.
If however you want to dispute the ownership you will need to create a support ticket on the zencontrol FAQ website, detailing the site location, site name and providing just cause for the request.
zencontrol will then contact the site owner with a request to change the ownership. The original owner can respond in the following ways
- Allow access (preferably)
- Remove the control system(s) from their site
- Not reply in 14 days, where zencontrol will automatically grant access
- Dispute the change, due to contractual obligations from the client such as outstanding bills or claims

In a dispute the original owner shall provide a written detailed response which shall clearly state the reasons. This response will be provided directly to the claimant.
Where zencontrol decides the reason for the dispute is valid, zencontrol cannot grant access to the site until the dispute is finalized.
