To repair a failed device on the zencontrol commissioning app, you can follow these steps:
- Open the zencontrol commissioning app and navigate to the device list for your specific site. Look for the device that's failed.
- To access the repair options, either perform a long press on the "Device location" row for the problematic device or tap it to expand the row, and then tap on the "ECG" row.
- Tap the "Repair" button to move to the repair page.
- Confirm you've selected the correct device by reviewing the displayed information. Note that the device options you have are limited to those not previously added, and they are arranged from the newest to the oldest. If you've just added a new device, it will appear first in the list.
- Choose the action you've taken, either "Retest" or "Replace device":
- If "Retest" is selected, go ahead and pick the necessary options for retesting.
- For "Replace device," a drop-down menu will appear. Choose the replacement device from the list, which will have the most recently discovered device listed at the top. Make sure it's the right one before proceeding.
- Press the "Next" button to wrap up the repair process.
After completing these steps, the device's action history will be saved. You'll also gain the option to set up a new test if needed. All this data, including the device history and any test scheduling options, can be viewed on the zencontrol web portal.
