Group Controller

For every room that is created, zencontrol supports the creation of a room group controller. A group controller is a convenient controller designed to simplify setup for customers.

The group controller supports the following:

• any controls required for that group, including level and dimming controls, as well as special controls such as colour control

• any scenes that have been created in zencontrol for that group

These controls make it easier to map button links.

Group controllers also include additional settings that can be configured on the controller, including:

• Default Navigator Visibility – Room Group
  This setting defaults to Show, which means the group controller is visible in the room navigator.

• Create Group Controllers
  This setting defaults to Yes, which creates a group controller in every room. If disabled, the group controller will not be created.
