How to apply and create dashboard themes

Dashboard themes are a convenient way to keep all of your charts and widgets on a dashboard looking consistent between each other.

To begin changing themes, go to a dashboard and enter edit mode. In the top-right corner of the top bar you will see a Theme button.

Clicking this button will display a list of all zencontrol created themes for you to apply to your dashboard. Clicking one will apply it to the current dashboard and queue a change to be sent to the server and can be undone at any point if you don't like the theme.

There is also a Custom option in this dropdown. Clicking it will open a new sidebar on the right side with all of the available theming options. As of writing this, we do not support saving the theme to the cloud in order to use it again. You can input all of the values for your theme, apply it and continue to edit/apply using the same values until you refresh the page, in which case those theme values will be reset.

Whilst in this sidebar it will also prevent you from making any changes to the charts until you press cancel or apply to avoid any issues.

When making changes in this sidebar, they will be automatically reflected on your dashboard. Once you are satisfied with your theme, click Apply. This will close the sidebar and queue up a change to be sent to the cloud. It will not apply the theme values until you click save.
