The connect by zencontrol application has the ability to export logs - this can be helpful diagnosing issues when commissioning smart devices wirelessly.
From the main screen of the application select the about button in the top right.
In the about view:
That should launch a file browser and allow you to select where to save: 
Once you have saved the file you can email it through to support@zencontrol.com for an engineer to diagnose your issue.
