Are there unsupported mobile devices for the zencontrol commissioning application?

Although we can not test all mobile devices, we will do our best to report known incompatibilities with certain mobile devices once we receive feedback.  

For a list of supported mobile devices, please refer to the supported mobile devices page. 

The zencontrol commissioning app does not support operating system less than Android 5.0.

We have found the following devices are not supported due to hardware limitations

• Samsung Tab A 7.0 (SM-T280) - This mobile device has issues synchronizing with the site's added devices.
