Unsupported devices are DALI products which have been identified not to be DALI Complaint. If a device does not contain a Valid EAN or serial number, then the device will be set to unsupported.
Unsupported devices will have limited functionality on the zencontrol system, and most cloud or software features will not work.
Major manufactures such as Tridonic, Osram, Helvar or Philips typically support most DALI features.
A DALI product which carries the DALI or DALI v2 trademarks have been certified to be DALI complaint.
It is recommend to use only DALI complaint products to avoid site issues.
