How do I reset network settings when the control system won't connect to the cloud?

Controller versions above 0.9.2 support temporarily falling back to DHCP by doing the following 10 times:

1. Unplugging the network cable
2. Waiting 1 second
3. Replugging the network cable

The DHCP on the controller will be temporarily enabled and any pending cloud network settings will be written out (finishes with a reboot). If there are no cloud network settings, the next time the controller reboots it will return to its original network configuration.
