How to configure custom Light sensor behaviour.

Sometimes you may find that the built in light sensor modes don't meet your needs, if this is the case you can extend light senor functionality using system variables and sequences.

As you can see from the linked articles, when you target a system variable with a lux sensor the lux reading from the sensor will be piped into the variable, allowing you to define logic based on the current variable, make sure that the light sensor is enabled in the profile you want it to be active in.

Once you have targeted the system variable you need to create a trigger for that system variable, use the run on target to determine which group you want the sequence to run on.

Here is an example sequence, the client requested twilight on behaviour but to skip if the lights are already on.
