How do I synchronise control system changes immediately in the web portal?

When making changes in the grid view you will notice that values will turn to a green colour to indicate that the value is attempting to synchronise to the control system. These changes are written automatically to the control system periodically. When you make changes you may want these changes to be synchronised as soon as possible. You can do that by clicking the link next to the grid view title.

This should be done only when you have finished making changes. This will then send a request to the control system to ask it to synchronise its data with the cloud as soon as possible.
