How do I view the connection status of a control system in the web portal?

Navigate to the Grid view. You should by default be on the Control system tab but if you are not then navigate to that tab from the Overview perspective. In the first column after the row numbers there will be a coloured dot signifying the current connection status of the control system. Green means that the control system is currently connected. Orange means that the control system was connected within the last hour. Red means that the control system is not currently connected.  If there is a red exclamation mark then that means we tried to get the connection status but it timed out. This can be caused by several things including the control system being busy, the websocket connection failing to connect or we just don't have a value for that control system yet.

You can get more information about the connection status of a controller by hovering over the dot. Currently connected control systems will not give you any information as the control system is connected and everything is okay. Red dots will tell you when the last time the control system was connected to the cloud.
