To repair a failed device on the Zencontrol commissioning app, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to the device list and find the failed device in the list.
- Long press on the "Device location" row of the failed device OR press the "Device location" row to expand and then press the "ECG" row, then click on "Repair" to be taken to the repair page.
- Verify that you have selected the correct device by reviewing the information provided.
- Select the action that was taken, such as "Retest" or "Replace device".
- If a Retest is required, select the options needed.
- If "Replace device" is selected, a drop-down menu will appear. Select the new device from the list and ensure that it is the correct device. The device list is ordered so that the newest found device is listed first.
- Finally, press the "Next" button.
After completing these steps, the device will now have a history of the action taken along with the option to reschedule a test if needed to append the current test window results. This information can be viewed on the Zencontrol web portal.
