How to reset my password?

If you need to reset your password for the zencontrol commissioning application, you can reset your password by doing the following:

Step 1: Open the zencontrol commissioning application on your mobile device

Step 2: Enter your username into the Username field on the login screen.

Step 3: Click on the Forgot password? text.

Step 4: You should receive an email confirming your request, click on the Reset password button within this email.

Step 5: Enter your new password into Password field.

Step 6: Enter your new password into Confirm password field.

Step 7: Click on Reset password button.
